Dimora White Glove is not accepting new stewardship retainers, weekly visits, storm-response cover, or free broker winter monitoring. Private Residence Advisory, when available, is by appointment for residences in the United States only. Scope, fees and written recommendations are agreed individually.

The experience behind this

The founder manages multi-property households and never names the families. Discretion is not a marketing line with an exception for our own About page.

Hospitality and household operations taught the same rule: the standard is not what you deliver when someone is watching. It is what the house looks like on a Tuesday in February when nobody is coming.

Why Dimora exists

Maintenance-led caretaking and true household governance are different disciplines. Dimora was built so households could keep a written standard across residences, whether that standard is held in software or, when services return, in documented visits.

We take no money from vendors. We hold no client funds. We charge no placement fees. We are not a security service and we do not advertise guard or patrol work.

Dimora Private first

Dimora Private is the active lane: estate-operations software for staffed households and family offices. A household can buy the software without buying advice. White Glove services stay paused until Daniel reopens them.
