Stewardship retainer and related hands-on work
Scheduled documented oversight, weekly or bi-weekly visits, storm response, emergency cover, residence and arrival services drawn against a retainer, project advisory tied to a retainer, household staff advisory as a recurring engagement, and free broker winter listing checks are all paused.
Active
Dimora Private software
Estate-operations software for staffed households and family offices. One standard, set at the primary residence and held at every address. A household can buy the software without buying advice. No public price list.

Private Residence Advisory
Private consultations for residences in the United States only, by appointment when available. Scope, availability, location, fees and written recommendations are agreed individually. One question, one appointment, a written deliverable, an end date. No recurring visits, emergency cover or vendor supervision. Not a licensed home inspection and not insurance advice.
What we decline
A short list, stated plainly, because a firm’s boundaries tell you more than its brochure.
- Rental management. We do not arrange lettings, place tenants, or handle rent. That is licensed brokerage activity in New York and we are not brokers.
- Security services. We are not a guard, patrol or alarm-response business. Those are separately licensed activities. We keep household condition records; we do not police a property.
- Licensed home inspection. Condition records are household operating records, not the statutory home inspection a licensed inspector performs.
- Contracting. We do not perform or carry construction work.
- Holding your money. We do not operate pooled client funds.
- Any compensation from a vendor. A decision, not a requirement.
