Property oversight (paused)

Historically: a visit as protocol, not a drive-by. Interior walkthrough, systems check including interior temperature held at or above 55°F, exterior and outbuildings, and a dated, timestamped, photographed report after every visit.

Insurance and risk documentation (paused as a service)

The educational point still stands: policies commonly condition coverage on occupancy notice and documented care. Confirm with your broker. We do not interpret coverage, and we do not claim that any Dimora record satisfies a statute or keeps a policy valid.

Vendor management, household operations, house manual

Historically part of the retainer: one point of coordination across trades, invoice review without holding client funds, and a house manual that belonged to the owner. Those hands-on services are paused. Dimora Private software is built for households that already run this work with their own staff.
